RDG was founded in 2014 to create an all-in-one design/build experience for residential and commercial outdoor living spaces. With a vast knowledge of roof deck construction and urban landscape plants and materials, RDG provides the best solution to withstand the harsh elements.
Garrette obtained an MBA from Lindenwood University before becoming a partner at RDG in 2017. His main role within RDG is handling all the front office tasks but wears a lot of different hats including coordinating subcontractors, quoting, and ordering materials. Garrette spends his free time hanging out with friends and family and enjoys various outdoor activities such as golf, basketball, softball, snowboarding, and hiking.
Cody graduated from Colorado State University in 2017 with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture. While in school and upon graduation, Cody has worked with several landscape companies doing everything from maintenance to installation until finally reaching his goal of becoming a designer. As a designer, his perspective has been molded by growing up in Westminster, an area in-between the ever expansive urban landscape of Denver and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Cody joined RDG in 2021 with aspirations to connect people to their ideal outdoor space. Outside of work, he likes to play golf, hockey, ski, or anything competitive with his friends. His guilty pleasures include binge watching reality shows or sports, and playing video games online.
