This deck is now a multi-functional area with a variety of “rooms” to enjoy. The pergola and privacy screening create beautiful focal points while the subtle decking is a masterpiece unto itself. The fire pit area with overstuffed chairs, lounging area near the stunning privacy screen, and dining area are one cohesive deck to share with your guests. I don’t think our clients will hear any complaints about that hot tub, either.
Custom Privacy Screen
Who knew a privacy screen could be this monumentally stated? This is a whole new level of screening, folks. Reflecting the city around it, it sings of artistry and abundance. Can you imagine its beauty at night with well-placed landscape lighting? The cedar paneling underwent the centuries-old Japanese process of weathering called Shou-Sugi-Ban, endowing it both an aged and modern style.
“These guys did an amazing job on a rooftop planter project. Leading up to the project they were super responsive and worked with me on various options until I found the exact configuration that would meet my budget. The end result was a beautiful planter and lighting setup that has transformed my rooftop deck.”
The overstuffed chairs invite a long visit by the gas fire pit. Even if it’s balmy, you can enjoy the view out from the comfort of your rooftop deck.
Gas Fire Pit
This space is usable even in chilly weather thanks to the addition of this gas fire pit. The fire pit will be a gathering space for many crisp fall evenings. The warmth draws in guests for an evening of close conversation or solitude.
Lounge Area & Hot Tub
The lounge chairs and hot tub in the background add more versatility to this deck. Sunbathing during swimsuit season and hot-tubbing in crisp weather, our clients will be spending many evenings on their deck with friends.
