Year-Round Downtown Rooftop Oasis – Denver, CO

This downtown rooftop oasis has it all. We maximized this 2500 concrete rooftop for year-round enjoyment and with plenty of green areas to feel like a yard. The clients commissioned a local artist to make a custom sculpture we lit up and placed in an area viewed from the main living space inside.

Due to the fire code, we constructed this space primarily with non-combustible materials. Corten steel planters; porcelain countertops and pavers; aluminum louvered pergola, decking, and laser-cut privacy screens. The greenery and landscape lighting create the soft look and feel of this haven. 

The amazing rooftop space is the reason these clients bought this property. Now, they are thrilled to spend most of their time outdoors in their own private sanctuary in the city.
