Patio Remodel With Outdoor Kitchen – Denver, CO

This project was a back patio renovation for a client with an existing patio with too much slope and a poorly constructed structure that leaked. We came up with a design to add porcelain pavers over the existing concrete to create a more level surface. For shade, we added a covered pergola structure with an EPDM roof, cedar tongue and groove underlay with can lights, fan, and heaters to make the space usable year round. Lining the perimeter of the patio are stucco benches and a stucco outdoor kitchen. The kitchen countertops and benchtops are made of Dekton, a durable carbon-neutral surface. Laser cut panels, a hanging panel for mounting the TV, and lighting throughout the space add the final finishing touches to make this patio enjoyable throughout the seasons.
